Combined Experience
Good care starts with a dentist who takes time with you. Dr. Afifi and our staff learn about your concerns, explain your options in simple language, and create a plan built around your goals and your budget. You never feel pressured into a decision.
Families from Old Town La Verne, the neighborhoods near the University of La Verne, and the foothill communities above them choose our Chino office for steady, personal care. From your first call to your last visit, we keep you welcomed, informed, and confident.
Our Chino practice handles routine care, smile makeovers, and tooth restoration in one place, so your La Verne household can stay with one trusted team. Our services include:
Preventive exams and cleanings keep your teeth strong and your gums healthy. Regular visits let us catch small issues and treat them simply.
Veneers, Lumineers, and other cosmetic services cover stains, chips, and gaps. Dr. Afifi shapes each smile to look balanced and genuine.
Our whitening treatments lighten stained teeth safely and evenly. You get a bright, polished smile without the guesswork of drugstore products.
Dental implants replace missing teeth with a strong, stable foundation. They look natural, feel secure, and help you chew with confidence.
Invisalign uses a series of clear aligners to straighten teeth quietly over time. Your smile improves while your daily routine stays the same.
When infection reaches the inside of a tooth, a root canal saves it. We keep the procedure comfortable and relieve your pain quickly.
Crowns restore broken or worn teeth, and dentures bring back a full set of teeth. We fit each one carefully for comfort and a natural look.
A periodontal exam measures the health of your gums at every checkup. We spot early warning signs and help you keep your teeth for life.
We perform a quick oral cancer screening during your regular appointment. Early detection gives you the best chance at simple, successful treatment.
Dental emergencies rarely wait for a convenient time. We make room in our schedule and aim to see urgent cases the same day.
A custom sleep appliance positions your jaw to keep breathing steady through the night. It helps reduce snoring and offers a simple alternative to CPAP.

Everyone was very nice and compassionate, from when I called Thursday afternoon when I was injured, to Katie scheduling me for a Friday appointment, to Sonia welcoming at front office and explaining process to me and answering all my questions, to Jessica doing my X-rays with care, to Dr. Tara Afifi explaining my dental condition, treatment process and plan, and reassuring me of my dental health.

I have gone to this office a few times since 2021, mostly with my husband that passed. Dr. Afifi, Katie, Sonja, Jessica and hygienist are professional and explained in detail of my treatments. Other staff members were awesome too! Another bonus is there’s a Finance Dept with zero interest for 12 months, depending on what you select. I’m a happy with Dr. Afifi and staff. Give them a try!

I have been here several times for myself and both of my daughters and every single time they have been great!!! They were so patient with my daughters and the Dr. was very patient in answering all of our questions. Michelle and Sonia in the front have great customer service.
