OUR STORY
Chino Valley Smile Center was founded with a simple conviction. We believe patients deserve more than efficient in-and-out care. They deserve a dentist who remembers their name, explains what's happening in plain language, and treats them like a person rather than a chart.
Dr. Afifi saw too many patients arrive at his chair with years of dental anxiety caused by practices that prioritized speed over trust. He opened this office to be the antidote to that experience, and the families who have been coming back for years are the proof that it works.

MEET YOUR DENTIST
Dr. Afifi earned his undergraduate degree in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology at UCLA, graduating with honors. He went on to complete his Doctorate in Dental Surgery at the University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry, one of the top dental programs in the country.
He is a member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, and the TriCounty Dental Society, and maintains an active commitment to continuing education so his patients always receive care built on current clinical best practices.

THE TEAM AND OFFICE
We do not double-book or rush appointments. Every patient gets the time they need, with a team that treats a cleaning with the same attention as a more complex procedure.
We welcome patients from a child's very first dental visit through every stage of adulthood. Many of our patients have brought their children, and now their grandchildren, to this office.
Whether you haven't been to the dentist in years or you're nervous about a specific procedure, you will not be made to feel embarrassed. Our team meets you where you are.
Digital X-rays, precise imaging, and current materials let us work faster and more accurately, while still taking the time to explain what everything means before moving forward.
